The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the conditions under which smartdeals processes orders placed on www.elarven-uk.com.

The offers presented on our website www.elarven-uk.com are intended exclusively for consumers who complete the sale for purposes unrelated to their commercial or professional activities.

At www.elarven-uk.com, we sell smartdeals items and items from smartdeals partners.

Smartdeals items include all items offered for sale on www.elarven-uk.com, with the exception of items we call “smartdeals partner items.”

Smartdeals partner items are items for which a partner's name is listed on www.elarven-uk.com. All Smartdeals partners are retailers.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS

2.6 We will deliver the goods within the time specified in the order summary. In the case of express delivery, the delivery time is different (see point 3.3). The delivery time begins upon receipt of payment. If we are unable to deliver due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time will be extended by the duration of the obstacle.

3. PRICE, DELIVERY FEES AND EXPRESS DELIVERY

  1. Our products are subject to agreement at the prices indicated unless they are offered at the time of the order. The prices shown are final prices, including all legally applicable taxes. 4. PAYMENT

  1. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. 13. LEGAL GUARANTEES

To observe the reflection period
(i) the consumer must wait for the resolution of Smartdeals before the end of the termination;
(ii) our Products must not be used, opened or damaged;
(iii) All products must be delivered intact and unused in their original packaging. At the time of application, the packaging must contain its original packaging.

b. Exceçõões application of the right of withdrawal

in accordance with article L. 221-28(5) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed stores that have been opened after they cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene.

To order items from smartdeals packages, as contracting parties of smartdeals SE and smartdeals packages, their contact information appears on the product detail page.
When you sell smartdeals parcel products, your permanent merchandise remains the property of smartdeals parcel, so the sale price is not total.

1.6. Dispute Resolution Procedures

According to Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Law, "You may freely contact a consumer mediator to resolve a dispute between you and your company." This applies to contractual disputes related to the conclusion of a commercial contract or the provision of services between a consumer and a merchant.

In the event of difficulties, a smartdeals customer must contact the smartdeals customer in advance. 2. Conditions for listing, deletion, and ranking of professional packages and all those offered

2.1. Listing conditions

To be eligible for your delivery program, your professional sales packages must be concluded with a specific smartdeals service contract for you to sell products through www.elarven-uk.com. With the availability of the marketplace, smartdeals receives compensation for professional sellers.
To designate professional sellers for the bundle program, smartdeals considers the following criteria on a non-cumulative basis:

Geographical location of professional sales parcels (Europe),
complementarity between our parcel products and the smartdeal product catalog,
Our products placed for sale (as soon as new),
Product availability (in stock from our professional seller parcels).
To guarantee the Parceiros Program, our professional sales packages are developed, we are prepared for it, we must be able to provide consumers with a good shopping experience, including (i) precise products within the specified markets, (ii) respond to requests for our own products within the specified timeframe.

2.2. Cancellation Conditions

As seller packages may be undesirable and are offered by you, they are removed from the Package Program for practical reasons (a). For simplicity
, you may decide unilaterally to limit your package account or delete one or more of our smart offers.
b. Due to negligence on the part of this company
, a professional trading account does not have any legal provisions or contractual clauses that are subject to it, smartdeals reserves or orders the removal of all offers or part of any of its offers made available by any smartdeals marketplace and/or has no basis.

2.3. Offer Classification

By default, our products offered by www.elarven-uk.com, regardless of our sales through smartdeals or a professional supplier, are classified according to the category of people they are intended for (e.g., several people, men, children).

Please note that the "product page" is for sellers to offer their own products. The seller is selected based on their quality (manufacturer or distributor), and during discount periods, the seller offering the lowest prices is selected.
Use of the bundle program is subject to a specific tax identification number from the service contract between smartdeals and partners. This tax does not affect the classification of the above offers.
However, some of the items offered may also appear as "sponsored" because they are subject to a professional sales tax, or may have a classification.
